99 santi micro scooter genuine?

Anyone ordered off them? Please tell me they are genuine. Just seen on another thread micro scooter saying they aren't official suppliers and they don't know if they are genuine.
Had read loads of positive info on here before ordering now I'm in a panic.

I wouldn't recommend them. I ordered via the website on 25th November and the scooter STILL hasn't turned up - 3 weeks later! Received no reply to my latest query via the customer service website.
Not expecting it to appear now. Feel conned.
Paid via PayPal so had to open up a claim. Hoping I'll be able to get my money back!?!?
Definitely would NOT recommend.

Yes they are good. I think the seller had some issues with Paypal last year but is ok now.
