Suggestions for pressie for brother and his wife

Anyone care to swap ideas? They are in their 40s and I can't think what to buy them. Budget £20-£40

In past years I have bought:

Yankee candle gift set
Food hamper (hand picked by me and put together)
Home made toffee vodka, raspberry gin and limoncello

They always have loads of alcohol in their house

Suggestions?

I got my brother a sodastream machine and book of sodastream cocktails. But he is possibly not the most mature nearly 40 year old.

I'm now watching the Christmas thread for inspiration. i've just bought a beauty box for SIL
