Has anyone seen a Lego Advent Calendar for sale anywhere?

I've left it stupidly late and am trying to find either a Lego City or a Lego Star Wars advent calendar in stock somewhere. Preferably not eBay ££££ price. Has anyone seen one anywhere?

We got ours from Amazon.

Luciferbox · 26/11/2014 07:37

I also got mine from Amazon but the Lego shop had a massive pile of them on the weekend.

BikeRunSki · 26/11/2014 07:39

I got mine from Tesco Direct

The entertainer

bodiddly · 26/11/2014 07:41

None of those seem to have them in stock near me!

I'm in Ireland but Smyths and Hamleys have them here.

I looked in the Lego shop in Watford on Friday but they didnt have any. I think I may have missed the boat!

I got one from Asda direct this week that was cheaper even inc delivery than in the shops.

bodiddly · 26/11/2014 08:17

This was me yesterday! In the end I had to get one off ebay, but at 28.50 for a star wars one it wasn't too bad. Amazon was at least £35!

bodiddly · 26/11/2014 08:22

I've never bought one before but figured this is his last year of believing and he really wanted one!

Try John Lewis, very reasonable price too.

divabroad · 26/11/2014 09:00

I asked the same question yesterday morning. No luck of stock anywhere, all places i checked sold out :/

curiousgeorgie · 26/11/2014 09:18

Sainsburys in North Cheam had loads of them. 2 full shelves...

buzzy1 · 26/11/2014 09:21

Try an independent shop or department store that has no online shop, that's how I managed to get one this week..

Daydreamersea · 26/11/2014 09:57

Toys r us have them

MrsIcarus2 · 26/11/2014 10:04

The Entertainer in St Albans had them on Saturday.

MrsIcarus2 · 26/11/2014 10:07

Just tried on The Entertainer website and looks like they're out of stock in St A. You could try ringing the Toymaster toyshop (Cuthberts) in St A - I think they had them.

ImAlpharius · 26/11/2014 10:13

We got ours fromWaterstones last week.

fishfingersfortea · 26/11/2014 10:17

Star Wars lego calendar from waterstones a month ago. Waterstones online have free p&p too.

Muriel10 · 26/11/2014 14:03

I got a Lego City this morning from Bentalls in Kingston.

SolomanDaisy · 26/11/2014 14:10

Amazon.de It's the German amazon, you can use your UK account details.

Drania · 26/11/2014 14:12

Amazon - surprisingly our Tesco Extra also had them. Amazon was cheaper, though.

TroelsNextCampaignManager · 26/11/2014 15:23

I sourced one (StarWars) at the standard price from a local toy shop last week, but also saw them in the Lego shop in Stratford at the w/e. So maybe if you're near to a Lego shop you could still pick one up?

Subhuman · 26/11/2014 15:38

We gave up and bought the Doctor Who Adventures magazine with an advent calendar included for our DS as he's also massively into that.

The annoying thing about the Lego ones is that some sellers on eBay have clearly bought them, opened them up and are selling individual figures/packs for a few quid each. Profiteering on an already expensive item at the expense of kids.
