We've just moved and have luckily inherited two normal ovens and a steam one. I wondered whether I could take advantage of this to counteract the usual dry turkey, by steaming it and then finishing off in the roasting oven.
Anyone done this?? Any ideas on timing? Or am I just going to end up with a raw and slightly dripping bird...
