I've never used Yves Rocher before, any product recommendations? Seems too good an offer to miss!

Reastie · 20/11/2014 18:17

Drank oh no, poor you.

Arthur do they write christmas lists at nursery??? Shock oh no, that doesn't give me the power to make sure DD writes whatever I've got for her whilst she's old enough to be taken in by my magical powers. She'll write loads of things her friends think are great and I'll feel pressure to get more (and our house and bank balance can't take any more!).

I got an email from a tv production company about a Michael MacKintyre special asking for anyone obsessed and over organised about Christmas to apply to be on the show. No idea what it involves but was tempted for all of half a second. If anyone thinks they might be interested I'll look up the email and stick up the email to contact.

So Yves Rocher, other than perfume and face cream, are there any other high ish value items to make the offer worth while? Don't have anyone I can get perfume for and have sensitive skin (and my lovely new elemis cream to use). Everything else seems relatively low value.

Ooooh, Reastie, you could go on telly and pat his hair to see if it's just hair or if it really is the animate being with a mind of its own that it seems to be!

Reastie · 20/11/2014 18:22

I think it moves in direct proportion to the highness of pitch and speed of his voice drank (ie alot Grin )

How's the ceiling dranksangria? Bloody neighbours.

I got my
mitts on the m and s carousel tins today that dh collected for me from store. I wanted to say a big thank you to whoever suggested eons ago to get the ten pounds for six pounds Groupon voucher and wait until the tins came down to five pounds. Three pounds each! They're lovely. In fact both were destined as presents but I feel I will be doing dd a disservice if she doesn't have one for her Christmas cookies when she's a bit older......

And is jack wills cool for mid teen ager? I have never set foot in a store before. Thanks.

Shatteredmamma1 · 20/11/2014 18:28

It's very cool for mid teenager eco. Expensive but they would feel lucky to get something from there I think.

I bloody love Michael macintyre !! Couldn't go on the show tho!! Grin

Shatteredmamma1 · 20/11/2014 18:29

Although I'm wearing JW jeans now. Maybe that makes them uncool ...?!

ecofreckle · 20/11/2014 18:35

Hello shattered Smile Thanks for that....I'll investigate for my very special niece. But I won't tell her we mothers wear them Grin

50% off selected toys on Tesco website at the moment.

MissRainbowBrite · 20/11/2014 19:16

Claimed - I had an email from Thorntons with a Deal of the Day if that is the same thing? It had a half price hamper on with a blanked out square where tomorrow's deal will be.

SmileAndNod · 20/11/2014 20:20

Can I ask how you get the o2 deal to work? I can see the deal on the app at home, but the minute I got into store it had disappeared, even though I thought I'd saved it? Has it put it somewhere secret?

Tykeisagirl · 20/11/2014 20:24

I've never had a problem finding an O2 deal, although I do have to trigger the code before I go into Smiths as there's no reception in there.

Fox28 · 20/11/2014 20:34

Yes thanks for the whsmiths info! I always forget to look on priority moments. Got a free xmas card and 2 free calendars! (Got a second calendar as before I activated the code, the lady behind the till said don't worry about showing it as she has the code written down, so activated it today and got a second one!!)

riskit4abiskit · 20/11/2014 20:43

Thanks very much for the YR info - got my dm an eyeshadow set for £25 as my free first item. to get it up to the £15 spend needed I got two blackberry lip balms, a set of 4 bath fizzers in a box (would make a lovely secret santa), two mini x3 nail varnish sets, and some shower gel. not bad!

lilyloo · 20/11/2014 20:45

ITunes cards 2 £15 cards for £25 at asda , Sainsbury and whsmith.

My bargain converse arrived from urban outfitter today for dd.

Another one looking for a bargain robodog if anyone sees one. Also need a mum and dad penguin. Asked for before JL advert.

NorbertDentressangle · 20/11/2014 20:51

lilyloo did you get a dispatch email or anything from Urban Outfitters? I ordered some Saturday and have heard nothing since the order confirmation email.

When I check the order progress it says "Has yet to ship".

Mipe · 20/11/2014 20:54

Half price Furby Furblings at Argos, now £7.49 (mixed reviews though) Smile.

lilyloo · 20/11/2014 20:55

NorbertDentressangle · 20/11/2014 20:57

eatyouwithaspoon · 20/11/2014 21:07

Flowers for the heads up about the Peacocks sale and Yves Rocher (although most of the idems I bought from there appear to be for me Grin)
Has anyone seen onsies/pjs 11-12 with either Mario, Simpsons or Minecraft under £15? Nothing in ASDA in those sizes or Tesco (they had a Simpsons one but not big enough), Matalan or Peacocks Sad They did have in Next but quite dear ...

QuicheMama · 20/11/2014 21:09

With the YR offer it is not all items, and you need to spend at least £15. £25 spend gives free postage.
