Marking place. Thanks all Grin

Unexpected · 17/11/2014 10:43

Elvish I have teen boys and they would like smellies, rucksack/backpack, t-shirt, fun boxers, sports socks, fleece tops, vouchers, belts, beanies, things like that.

Books probably wouldn't go down well with most teens unfortunately. Tricky buying for kids you don't know as sizes could be off for clothing but accessories are easier. TK Maxx could be a good place for your budget.

Badvocinapeartree · 17/11/2014 10:46

Any deals on lego friends at all?

I've started a separate thread but if anyone has any recommendations for wooden train track & sets which are cheaper than Brio, that would be appreciated. Any other train set tips? This is for 2.5yo DS.
Thanks

Unexpected · 17/11/2014 11:20

Dancingwitch Lidl have this train set in their offers this week which looks good:
www.lidl.co.uk/en/our-offers-2491.htm?action=showDetail&id=18099&ar=1 I don't know if it's compatible with Brio though, if you decided to add to it later.

Who's of you who brought the playmobil 123 zoo, has yours been dispatched yet? I'm still waiting for mine to be dispatched.

Picturesinthefirelight · 17/11/2014 11:38

Does anyone have any codes for anyone selling Lego Minecraft?

We want two sets.

MaddestOfTheHatters · 17/11/2014 11:39

Dancingwitch We have the Sainsburys Grow & Play wooden train set (only available in store now they have updated the website). Usually £9.99 but we got it for £5 this time last year. It's brilliant for the money, couldn't recommend it more.

Elvish · 17/11/2014 11:43

Thanks Unexpected, I was worried about the books idea.

I may pop over to boots and see what's in the 3 for 2 and try TK Maxx too. Thanks

biggerfeetsmallerboobs · 17/11/2014 11:53

Thank you to all on this wonderful thread, I've sorted almost all of my family's presents without leaving the house! So many great ideas at low prices. I've got Frozen dolls, wondee scarfs, Google goggles, selfie sticks and so many other things I'd never have found without you fabulous people. Thank you Flowers

Neeko · 17/11/2014 11:53

Elvish what about those zip earphones someone mentioned? Gloves, especially touch screen ones are good. Fun stationery, shower stuff, one of those novelty USB sticks and, of course, chocolate would probably all go down well.

marne2 · 17/11/2014 11:55

Great deals on Picanova canvas pictures ( personilised/photo ), get a free canvas and another for half price. I bought a picture a couple of weeks ago and it has just arrived, the quality is great. Make good gifts for grandparents. here

biggerfeetsmallerboobs · 17/11/2014 12:00

H&M free delivery until end of today - code is 2885

Guitargirl · 17/11/2014 12:02

It's not massively bargainous but I have been sent a code for 30 pounds off a 150 pound spend in Libertys. Valid in store and online. Code is:

XMASCRIM14

Valid until December 24th

Elvish · 17/11/2014 12:05

Zip earphones? Sounds like a good idea if anyone has a link please?

BornToFolk · 17/11/2014 12:15

Pizza I got a dispatch email for my Playmobil Zoo on the 14th, saying it would be delivered on the 20th.
