Silly Qs about Kindle Fire HD6

Am hoping to get my sister an inexpensive tablet for Xmas and have stumbled across the above which is £80. I can't work out though if:
-you can do FaceTime

• you can play minecraft
• you can watch bbc iplayer

Any ideas please?

There doesn't appear to be an iplayer app but I think you can watch through the net.
Not tried the others

If it is the same kindle apps that you can get on the other fire etc ones-there is a bbc iplayer app and a minecraft one available on Kindle app store. (iplayer free, minecraft £4.99). You can maybe get Skype?
