Present ideas for 6yo and 8yo girls

Could someone give me a few ideas of what I could buy for my nieces aged 6 and 8? I could write a list as long as my arm for boys but a bit stuck with girls as my daughter is only 2! Budget is about £10 each. The 8yo is very creative and also likes science and nature, the 6yo is a bit more of a tom-boy. No loom bands!

TIA.

Thanks for the suggestion...I did buy the 6yo (then 5yo) lego last Christmas but I could definitely look into it for the 8yo.

I got a catalogue through the door recently with loads of good stuff - Bright Minds. Lots of good science kits and arts and crafty kits. Have a look on their website for some good ideas.

A card game each! All the below work from 6 and up, my dd (6) loves them all:

Rat a Tat Cat
Sleeping Queens
Love Letter

Or a sound machine for the tomboy! My 6yo dd and almost 9yo ds love this:

Audio books? David Walliams maybe?

Frozen mosaic by numbers? Frozen top trumps? Magic sets?

Live pet bird each?
