Reastie, our kitchen is a long way from our bedroom (and kettle is old and inefficient) so dp could set it to boil as he gets out of the shower and walk downstairs all dressed and dried to the freshly boiled kettle.
Our old kettle is a bit knackered so we need a new one anyway, this was the PERFECT impulse buy
On second thoughts, I'm sure the novelty will wear off on day 2 when he clicks it to boil and it has no water in it. Bye bye gimmicky kettle!
