Book ideas for me, for Christmas

I recently asked for some book ideas to put together a 'wishlist' for relatives to buy for my DS. I was really thrilled with all the great suggestions, so thought I'd ask for myself. (forgive me if this is a repeat, I couldn't see a thread like this).
I have just read The Interestings by Meg Wolitzer, which I absolutely loved and really recommend. I enjoyed The Bone Clocks by David Mitchell, although preferred the first half before it got too sci-fi. And I have the new Robert Galbraith on my list.
We read a lot in this house, I normally read on my Kindle and my tastes are eclectic. But for Christmas my many sisters and sisters-in-law will be buying hard copies, and I need some ideas as to what to ask for.
Thanks in advance.

I haven't read much this year but loved Life after Life by Kate Atkinson if you haven't already read that one.

Also enjoyed We're All Completely Beside Ourselves and The Rosie Project was a nice quick light read.

Second all of the above! Also The Paying Guests by Sarah Waters and State of Wonder by Ann Patchett.
