Railway Children at Kings X St ?

Thinking of buying tickets for family to go as treat. Have you seen it - I think it was on last year at different station. If you have was it worth seeing - my DS will be 7 and friends child 6. Also is it worth sitting alongside train or back higher up .

I saw the Railway Children at Waterloo a few years ago and it was wonderful. We were at the back but had a great view of the action.

I'd suggest wrapping up warmly :)

I saw it at Waterloo as well. If kids are small I would say go to the front. However I would also say that while it was fab and v exciting with the train and being in a station, it is quite a 'talky' play, Also the food prices at Waterloo were crazy so byo half time snacks.

Another one for Waterloo it was amazing although as pp say wrap up warm. While the tickets are expensive it really is a lovely show

Saw it at Waterloo it was amazing...especially when the dad steps off the train, as there is loads of steam that clears. I was silently sobbing in anticipation as the train pulled in.

Ds saw at Waterloo too when he was about 10 and loved it

I've booked tickets for this but can't work out if it's in a theatre or actually at Kings Cross Station!

We had tickets on the front row at Waterloo, and it was fab!

At waterloo the seats were on the platform in tiers. The stage were rolling blocks they slid up and down the line, and the steam engine comes in on the line too.
