For the first two you need to click on the new/used section which usually gives you the option to buy from sellers other the Amazon. The first one on that list is Amazon selling it at the reduced price.

They say they are unable to give an estimated dispatch date for these items though and in the past I have waited weeks then the order has been cancelled so it is somewhat of a risk. Sometimes it has worked out though but it isn't a good idea if you need the item urgently.

All waitrose christmas crackers are half price from £2 and free click and collect from store.

Norks- Lego Junior is the same as normal lego but without the tiny pieces and with simpler instructions. DS2, who is 3, has the racing car set and the Spider-Man set and they're great. He loves making his own cars and other simpler models. I highly recommend it.

Janx- yes. Stupid Hermes. The delivery man left a slip with his personal number I had to text to rearrange. Usually a neighbour would take it. I am wondering if because it is alcohol they have to see the person receiving it is old enough?

Hellohello does your DH like outdoorsy things? Last Christmas I got DH things like a duct tape wallet (and yes the entire wallet is made of duct tape) , compass, credit card multi tool, pocket torch, and selection of snacks for his work van in a hamper box. Ok, a pound land collapsible box... The Google 3d glasses are always a fun stocking filler too. Or Rolos for my DH!

My sports direct £12 trampoline got cancelled, great, ah well I then respent £11 at bookpeople earlier so all is balanced...
