I ordered two items back in September.
One being a Frozen dress.
They have not arrived. Its been over five weeks so unlikely too now.
Both the sellers are refusing to refund as they think I should give it more time Hmm
Anyone else had this happen ?

My frozen dolls didn't arrive :( seller didn't respond so
I got a refund. Has it been 30 days+ since your order or past whatever the timescale was?

If it has then can you point out that they haven't fulfilled your order in the agreed time? I had quite a bit of other stuff that arrived within 3 weeks.

I kind of want the dolls again but don't need them (would either be for 18 month dd or 5yo niece) & am not sure what to do.

Good luck with delivery or refund :)

Hi.
They refused my request for a refund and extended the 30 day.
I thought it would be easier to get acrefund but it seems all that happens is it gets esclated.but doesnt seem.to go further Sad

I wouldn't give up yet.

When I order stuff from China through eBay, it often takes a couple of months to get here.

I just sit it out now, everything has turned up eventually.

My Anna dress took ages, 6/7 weeks, I had started a dispute and they asked me to wait another few weeks and two days later it finally arrived. However the two character beach / swim towels I ordered were 4 weeks not received so I started a dispute at same time and that seller refunded immediately so I'm guessing they never sent them. Possibly the seller asking you to wait is confident its just slow postage??

SoonToBeSix · 29/10/2014 12:05

I have had no problems my Anna dress arrived in less than three weeks but that was quick. Did you check the seller feedback?

nickdrakeslovechild · 29/10/2014 12:08

Yes same here, I have accepted the extension once, but it's been over 8 weeks now so just escalated it myself and Ali Express are dealing with it. I wonder if it's the same seller.....

nickdrakeslovechild · 29/10/2014 12:09

Btw, mine had great feedback and I had used them before with items arriving in just over a week.

worldgonecrazy · 29/10/2014 12:17

My dress took about 9 weeks to arrive. Ali Express do seem to take a lot longer than ebay purchases from China.

cheerupandhaveaglassofwine · 29/10/2014 12:18

Five to six weeks is plenty of time but it will depend upon the seller sending when they say and not choosing the cheapest slowest postage option

I have had eBay stuff from china arrive within just over a week through normal post and around 4 days with FedEx

Could it have been sent and just be stuck in the blackhole of customs clearance

Vintagebeads · 29/10/2014 12:25

Glad I posted now.I will give it a little longer.Smile
The seller is susan leo she has communicated fine iykwim
Fingers crossed it comes before christmas!

It might be stuck at customs - orders from China can get held up for random reasons sometimes. Keep chasing but don't give up yet iyswim.

Just lurking and no help at all,but H&M have frozen dresses (the blue one) and also all kinds of leggings tops. I got 3 frozen Christmas gifts there yesterday. Cheap as well.

Vintagebeads · 14/11/2014 09:41

I wanted to update and tell you I received the dress today 65 days from order date.
Its a size too small but I ordered up so should be fine.
Its very pretty mind and she will love it.
Here is my issue, I just got refunded for it.As it was assumed to be lost in the post.
How do I repay without buying it again.?
