M&S food orderers - help!

I've just phoned m&s to amend my order and the lady on the other end said that she couldn't find any trace of my order! I have a confirmation email, £20 deposit has been taken and I have an order number. My order number begins with a 1. She said it should begin with a 2?! She also mumbled something about her system being 'up and down' and told me to try and solve the issue in store. I can't get to a store for a few days so just wondered if you lovely ladies would mind telling me whether your order number begins with a one or a two? If there are other people with a 1 then I might just ring back!

Right, a second phone call to m&s has revealed that I have the wrong order number. If your number starts with 1 then I recommend you give them a ring. They have given me my proper order number and it is completely different. Glad my tummy forced me to order a pudding or Christmas eve would have been chaotic. Quite annoyed actually.

Glad you got it sorted now, imagine turning up Xmas Eve and it being a palaver (rather than a pavalova :D )

Think I will double check after I make an order too!

I'm panicking now-mine starts with a 1 as well!!!

Phone them, they found me eventually and sorted it out. I ended up getting a new order number beginning with a 2.
