I've just phoned m&s to amend my order and the lady on the other end said that she couldn't find any trace of my order! I have a confirmation email, £20 deposit has been taken and I have an order number. My order number begins with a 1. She said it should begin with a 2?! She also mumbled something about her system being 'up and down' and told me to try and solve the issue in store. I can't get to a store for a few days so just wondered if you lovely ladies would mind telling me whether your order number begins with a one or a two? If there are other people with a 1 then I might just ring back!
