Good train toys for baby

My DD has written to Santa asking for a 'choo choo train' for her baby brother. I'd like to get one for ds but he'll only be three months old at Christmas. Any good soft train toys/offers around? Or one suitable from when he's sitting? Thanks

The Happyland train set is nice. Otherwise what about a Brio type set?

This Mickey Mouse train is lovely and is suitable from 6 months- won't be long til he is ready for it!

Thanks all will have a look. Hopefully I will be able to pick something up at a car boot that will suit

Duplo do a little train set. It's like three carriages and an engine with a man and a dog

The fisher price animal train is great from 6 months and got a lot of use here.

Otherwise one of those stacking trains? Or if you already have a wooden train set you could get an engine with his name on for a few pounds from ebay.

If you're happy for something he'll grow into how about this

I think fisher price do a peek a blocks train which was the fought over toy at our toddler group.

Or how about those little wooden trains with letters on the carriage to make his name. This sort of thing www.ebay.co.uk/itm/WOODEN-LETTERS-TRAIN-PERSONALIZED-NAME-CHRISTENING-BIRTHDAY-GIFT-BOY-GIRL-/151374054113?pt=New_Baby_Christening_RL&var=&hash=item233e98c2e1

Would a book work, there's "That's Not My Train"
