Sainsburys toy sale - anyone know what toys are on offer?

I am eyeing up the Hot Wheels, well DS is! Fingers crossed we get them, I can't go until after work, won't have time in the morning.

They had a balance bike in there tonight and a happy land village

Went this morning, only got a few things, turtles breakout £25, barbie mermaid bath set £20, turtles figure £6 odd and a Zelf playset.

I wanted to get a few other things but I've been saving my nectar points and i knew i couldn't redeem the points but forgot to contact nectar to sort it out. Done that now but its goi g to take up to 10 days for a new card so ill go back over to get them.

I went today and got few bits, it seemed like pretty much everything was reduced which was much better than I was expecting

My local store one was great, it was literally every toy they sell, I've now bought for all the kids on our list so I'm very happy!

Not everything is half price. My local store had Lego at 25% off and other toys at 30% (I think). Our superstore had A Bosch kitchen or work bench at half price (£19.99 and £17something), lots of bigger toys at half price (like the balance bike, Annabel doll, large cars, a bus and lots of sets. There was a lot for boys - but will admit to not really looking at the girly stuff. And yes I think everything was reduced - but some things seem to have been missing so possibly they keep back some toys - or I was too late! It was in several places in the store so easy to overlook things.

Great if you're buying for young children not so great for age 9+ kids

Went in to my local one this afternoon and there wasn't much, but it's not a huge store. Got some little stocking fillers for dd though so I'm happy

Isn't their toy sale usually the Thursday of half term ?

I'm back with the Hot wheels set, yay! It was mayhem at 4.30pm, barely anything left. Stock is going fast.
