Where can I buy a garland for the mantelpiece. When they say pre lit battery operated does that mean you can change them? Hop not just throw away once battery's gone

Try your local garden centre as my local has lovely and unusual decorations not found on the high street.

Yes you can change the batteries in the pack. Make sure you have plenty of spares available, rechargeable batteries would be good in this instance.

If you can't find what you like in pre-lit form, buy a garland you do like and add battery lights to it. It's easy to just wind the string of lights in and out of the garland.

Big garden centres have a good range.

I got one in tesco last year for £20, battery operated.

I've got my eye on this one from Cox and Cox.

Qvc. The range is called Bethlehem lights.

I have a QVC garland (bought last year) and a wreath (which will be having it's 3rd or possibly 4th outing this year)

They came with batteries (which we remove before we put them away)
Indoor/Outdoor, they have a timer that runs for 6 hours and switches on at the same time each day . Or you can have them on 24 hours.
Flashing or static

Love them Smile

Next home, tescos and B&M have got some nice ones in x

I've got an ordinary garland that I add battery powered lights to....I got two sets of tiny red ones in poundland last year, and got the rechargeable batteries there too Grin Three quid well spent!

Wreath on my front door has a set of tiny little, battery LEDs wound through it. They are on stiff wire and almost certainly designed for wedding table flowers or similar.

I have a more flexible, fairy light like string in my sliver twiggy shit.
