Turkey butterfly for Xmas day?

I was in the butchers with my mum at the weekend. Mum was nagging me about what I'm cooking for Xmas dinner. There will only be three meat eaters so I said chicken.

Don't need the size of a turkey. Have done a crown in the past but I reckon a chicken tastes better.

Anyway butcher overheard and reckons I should get a turkey butterfly. Says it tastes better. Surely it just tastes of turkey?

It gives you the option of adding stuffing, rolling it up & less cooking time.

For just three people, a large turkey breast would probably be enough. I guess smaller options might taste better because of shorter cooking time. I actually tried to buy a LARGE chicken last christmas but all the supermarkets seem to stop stocking them at Christmas to make room for turkeys - annoying.
