Asda wooden fire station v Kidcraft everyday heroes set? Anyone have either?

Was all set to splurge on Kidcraft everyday heroes set but it is super pricey. Been toying with it for weeks and then saw this Asda one. It isn't as detailed or big but looks like it would be just as much fun. Wonder if anyone has either of these? For a 4-year-old.

I have the kidkraft set for my DS aged 3 but we got it from ELC when it was reduced last year. He absolutely loves it and it is played with everyday. He has had it almost a year now and it still looks brand new.

I'd keep an eye out on ELC as it is reduced every now and then and even better if you get a birthday code.
