Christmas gifts that involve the baby

.... Obviously not them actually making something by themselves but I'd really love to do little presents for family that involve DS (8 months old). I thought about doing cards with handprints/footprints etc but has anyone done anything else? I'm prepared for it to get messy

Mugs with footprints, baubles with footprints.

We did cards when Dd1 was about that age with a footprint in the middle (toes up) and a hand print either side, add googly eyes and a red pompom nose to be a reindeer.

We made salt dough handprints that were then painted to look like Santa and hung as Xmas tree ornaments

I did green footprint with toes down and made it into a tree for a card

Mugs are quite easy to do as well
