Christmas crackers that are a bit different or nicer than usual?

Have you found any? Really, crackers are quite incredibly same-y, each year.

How many nail clippers does a person need?!

You can get kits to make your own crackers. We sometimes do this and put in high quality proper chocolate truffles and our own jokes/riddles. Sorry can't easily find the link on this phone but should be googleable.

The last couple of years I've bought a set of racing game crackers from tesco- racing sprouts and racing santas, never fail to amuse, cheap and the little wind up figures always get used again on Boxing Day when granny has polished off the brandy when it can get a little competitive! But then we do kids Christmas rather than sophisticated

My mum always gets the crackers and in past years we've had wind up penguins, a charades type act it out game and the best ever was ever set of crackers had a magic trick inside each one (we've still got them!)

Mum gets them from the RSPB xmas catalogue mainly I think but I will ask and report back!

we made moustache crackers last year! was lots of fun and got some great photos!!

My mum gets the make your own cracker kits and each person gets a personalised cracker with a fab little pressie.

She's put nail varnish, cufflinks, earrings and all kinds of things in our crackers over the years - if it'll fit in a loo roll tube it'll probably end up as a cracker prize!

Warning - it worked out stupidly expensive once (because she bought all the ladies a Chanel lipstick and all the men had tie pins!) so hunt for bargains!!
