I started buying in june, and I've just received the last present I ordered today.

I feel a bit empty! How do I occupy myself from now to the big day without buying more stuff?!

I'm already eying ds prezzie pile and thinking it doesn't look enough (seriously, he has enough! I'm just stupid!)

Start wrapping, labelling gifts and writing cards out in advance.

If you are visiting/seeing people before xmas, you can give their gifts early to save on postage.

Plan your dinner menu & start to buy food items on offer

Sort through your decorations & lights and replace anything if needed

Book tickets for any events & pantos

Declutter your house to get ready for the new toys

Sell any old toys & clothes and save the money for the sales!

Writing cards now is a bit pre-emptive - people might move

You can still write the cards but not write the address the envelope. By this time of the year, you should know who is moving & selling up. Or you could leave writing out your cards till Dec. Just concentrate on getting current addresses for everyone.

Book Panto tickets and start elaborate meal planning. Make a schedule for the whole of Christmas (which will really annoy everyone).

Iv completed the girls stockings and all that's left to buy is the bikes. We'l get them like a week before Xmas... People look at me like I'm crazy :)
