Christmas Market in London

Anyone know if there's any German style Christmas markets in London? Looking for Central as I want to tie it in with a few other day trips and visits to Harrods etc.
Happy to go anywhere on the tube but would rather not drive anywhere.
Tia Thanks

There is usually one on the South Bank. I don't know specifically this year, but it has been held for the last few years.

South bank have one and also winter wonderland in Hyde park (South bank is better IMO)

South bank one is great, but gets very busy at weekends.

Southbank is the largest so I would go during the weekday or 10am on a weekend. I would not bother going after midday because the sheer volume of people carry you away in a different direction.

The one in Winter Wonderland, while convenient for Harrods etc. is pretty generic.

It seems to be full of the kind of stuff you'd find anywhere else, but packed into little wooden huts. So scarves, bags, hot chocolate, wind chimes...

We go every year for the Christmassy experience and lights, but in terms of buying stuff, don't expect anything unique. I think the one at the NHM is the same.

Winter Wonderland is pretty cool though, especially if you book the circus or something. And the talking tree, reindeer heads etc. are very funny.

Walking back through the lamp-lit park in the freezing cold is probably the best bit Grin.
