main present for dd teksta kitty/furby boom/my friend cayla

These are the 3 things she has been uming and ahhing over that would be her main present. Has anyone any experience of any of them? Cayla doll is obviously a new toy for this year, looks and sounds scary have visions of it ending up in a tangled mess. Teksta kitty, no idea what it is actually meant to do and ditto with the furby!

Apart from a stocking the dc dont get many presents so want to make suretheir main one is a good one!

Oh and she's 7! If anyone has any other ideas for a main present I would very much appreciate it!

I would get her what ever one she has asked for, they are all pretty rubbish, my dd's played with furby for a couple days before getting fed up with it ( they liked it when he danced to music and ate food using the iPad but the novelty soon wore off ), I would have thought the other toys you mentioned would be very similar. I hate buying things that you know are going to be rubbish and cost a fortune but if my dd really really wants something like this and it's going to make them happy then I would probably buy it.

And I have no idea what I'm buying my 8 year old as a main present, she has asked for a electric guitar, a wet suit, Shopkins and a science kit. I'm not sure how much she wants the guitar so I'm going to wait and hope she finds something else.
