No big Soap&Glory gift set in Boots catalogue.

I picked up the boots Christmas catalogue yesterday and am very surprised that there doesn't appear to be the big Soap&Glory gift set there usually is.

They have the usual ones that you can tell will go half price offers, no.7, Sanctury, Champneys but no Soap&Glory.

I loved that set, would keep me going most of the year!

Aww no I loved it too. I haven't got the catalogue yet I'll need to pick it up today.
Wonder why no big set. I liked the bags they came in too. Still use one from a few years ago as an overnight bag.

When they reduce it nearer Xmas is it still in 3 for 2?

No, the star products aren't included in the 3 4 2, the week they go half price.

No - rhe better than half price offer on each week is exempt from the 3-4-2.

If you need three, its still cheaper to buy them on the discount week, you just cant mix and match that week.

Phew, it's become a bit of a tradition for DH to get me this every year when it goes half-price. I use it all year!

much to my shame I let out a little shout last week when I seen a lady pass me with her soap and glory shopping from boots. I actually did a 180 degree turn to hot foot it to Boots lol

I want the Molton Brown set with all the mini bottles in, however as it isnt on the 3-4-2 offer I cant see it going in as a Star Gift and £40.is a bit daft for a few mini bottles of bubble bath.

Does anyone know roughly when the set normally gets reduced? Think it was mid December last year.

NotBeing I can't remember but that sounds about right...I always wait for someone to announce it here, and then I shove DH out the door with his wallet.

I think it's usually the last half price set so middle/end december.

It's alway the last week before Christmas. Can't wait.

I remembered the year that star gift started n they left them on 3 for 2 and I got 3 sanctuary gifts for £40!! Were the nice ones with drawers in a box n Inc the perfume - don't remember what other star gifts were as don't think they did so many n was about 7-8yrs ago I think but never forget a great bargain!!

Last yr Dec time all sanctuary gifts were 25% off n 3 for 2 and the big boots near me had put the big weekender bags out in place of a smaller travel set so were labelled as £9.50!!! (Should be £19 full price) and I stood my ground til sales ass got manager who agreed with me so that was fab deal

Money Saving Expert did this deals predictor thing last year that was excellent, I suspect they would do the same again. Things like the big Soap and Glory Set were on it I'm sure, if they weren't then they were definitely on the weekly e mail.

Phew, I had a panic about the No7 set, I always buy it for myself with my Boots points....but just looked online and IT'S THERE.
