What can I get my 10yo dd?

I'm really struggling.

I was going to get her a tv/DVD for her room (think she's old enough now, it won't be attached to the aerial but it will let her play all her DVDs) but I think she might be getting one before then now.

She has a hudl tablet, an mp3 player and a Nintendo 3ds. She has access to a netbook, Xbox and wii, so that rules a lot out. She won't be getting a phone for a few years. No pets as DH is allergic.

She plays football, swims, and does kickboxing, but has all the equipment she needs. She got a bike for her birthday and her scooter is still the right size. Her room was recently decorated and she got new soft furnishings.

She has her eye on a few toys but beyond that, I'm a bit stuck. She might like an iPod touch but she can borrow one of her sisters and as she has her hudl anyway, it doesn't strike me as something that would excite her that much.

Anyone?

Hi here are a few suggestions,
. Clothes
. Stationary
. Gift voucher
. Money
. Craft set
. Jewellery
. Cd player/cd's
. Perfume
. Camera
. Beauty products
. Coat
. A portable dvd player (my daughter loves hers.)
. Lush gift set
Headphones
. Hair stuff ( straightners, hairdryer)
.

Thank you.

I'd rather not go down Thr money and vouchers route yet if I can avoid it, and I couldn't really trust her with straighteners etc (plus she's probably a bit too much of a tomboy to be bothered)

A cd player might be a good idea. She is angling at wanting a phone but not yet either!

Those new in-line roller skates?

RJnomore · 02/10/2014 21:09

These are the type my 11 yr old dd has here

And these are some 'wheels at each corner' here

Best to try on in the shop though so lacks element of suprise, perhaps give voucher?

Sorry these are actually the in-line skates for dc here (the others were for adults)

I'm having the same problem. The last couple of years, we have got her xfactor tickets so may do that again. I'm also looking for an archery set as it was something she really enjoyed on holiday.

Things that she has and likes are a ripstik which she has finally mastered, her inline skates and the new Rubik's cube with the hole in the middle

Will watch with interest
