Vegetarian christmas main

It's just me and DH for Christmas Day this year. He is vegetarian and I am not. I was thinking of making duck breast with a sour cherry sauce for myself, but I can't think of what veggie thing could go with sour cherry sauce. Some kind of nut roast? He usually has something composed of veggie haggis but not sure that would go brilliantly.

Does anyone have any ideas?

I'm veggie and I think nut roast would go well with that. Or some sort of pie with Christmassy flavours? My mum makes me one with roasted veg, goats cheese, cranberries and toasted almonds. If you took out the cranberries the sour cherry would work with that.
