Please? I don't want to fill them with loads of crap, they always get socks, pants and hair things... any other ideas?

Coloured laces if they wear converse or DMs, makeup mirror, reed diffusers, latte sachets, cute socks, hand warmers, Starbucks voucher

snice · 28/09/2014 17:02

New mug
Hot chocolate
Slipper socks

Thumbwitch · 28/09/2014 17:04

If they wear make up and so on, then perhaps some stuff like cotton buds, cotton wool balls, make up remover pads etc. Not exciting or anything but very useful IF they wear make up.

My mum used to put them in my Christmas stocking every year, despite me almost never wearing anything other than eyeliner... Bless her. :)

Chocolate stirrers for hot chocolate

Hair products such as Argan Oil maybe just my DD that would be thrilled with this

MrsSchadenfreude · 28/09/2014 17:27

Brilliant! Thank you all so much! Lots of really good suggestions here. Hot chocolate and latte sachets are a really good idea. Also stationery.

We always do American sweets - they always get Tootsie rolls and Kool Aid sachets in their stockings, also jars of PB & J and Marshmallow Fluff.

DD2 gets a tin of stupidly expensive Whitards white hot chocolate (as I refuse to buy it the rest of the year) long sweet tubes.

The imperial leather bath gel they like for shaving their legs.

Heat spray is a brilliant idea for DD2.

Rulers, staplers, pens.

I think they might get a roll of plastic document wallets (my pretty pater ended ones walk).

Make up and nail vanish, I've done. This year I'll have to ask as I think they will have specific requests. They can't wear nail vanish to school, sadly.

Chocolate oranges. After 8's and malteases . iTunes/google play cards.

I've had nice Christmas vest and pants sets from M&S, but you have to be lucky, they don't stock many.

Pretty white vests to go under school blouses are an idea for this year. Neither have the thicker uniform jumpers any more.

Socks.
