I always send presents to my lovely friends' children, but am running out of ideas! If you have any inspiration, please share. Grin (preferably something cheap to post!)

Boy is nearly 7, girl will be 11 this December. Budget is around £20.

For the last few years I've sent clothes, pyjamas, personalised notelets/cards and a watch each.

TIA!

Last year, I sent gifts to Australia through amazon. The postage wasn't at all hefty. I think I paid about 5 postage per item and I bought lego and a couple of craft sets. And I left it until December.

I'd suggest lego for the boy as it is so light.

How about amazon vouchers? either via email or as a card?

Free shipping to Australia on M&S until 30 Sep in case that helps.

Loom bands?

These are an oz brand of sleepwear, I thought their pyjamas looked great for kids and far cheaper to just ship directly to oz. annoyingly their half price offer isn't running on their uk store. www.minizzz.com

I got board shorts and kaftan type cover ups from Boden sale to send to the three kids in OZ I buy for, the baby is getting summer sale stock from jojomamanbebe :) practical and light to post :) what are the kids into, perhaps fancy Lego torch key rings?

BaronessBomburst · 22/09/2014 16:56

I live abroad, although not in Oz, and I second using M&S or Amazon.

thanks for all the great suggestions!

I tried boden and got some great shorts and a cute top for the girl - but all out of stock for the boy - lego torch sounds a good idea, too.

Oh and for adults lookfantastic.com

Granted, you can't send a lot anymore (nail varnish, perfumes) but postage is free.
