Lapland UK - has anyone been - is it worth it?

Just that really. I'm trying to convince DH. It is pretty expensive - but I can't work out if it is worth it. The older DCs are 7 so we are getting towards them finding out its not real....

We went last year and just booked tickets this morning for this year, loved it! It is expensive but we just do the one family Christmas thing, DS goes to panto with school so this is our splash out Christmas event, means I don't have to stress over queues or traffic or any other drama to find a FC to visit during the season, can just chill out and do fun stuff. We go on the Saturday after school breaks up (20th) which really ramps up the Christmas fun.

Plus we hope to be back in the Southern Hemisphere in 2016 so this is our second to last cold Christmas which is an extra incentive to go all out.
