What would go with these on my tree?

My main room is sage green and I have a mix of old style furniture. Queen Anne gold chair etc

I have a white berry wreath that I hang on the mirror over the fireplace. I usually put a red berry garland but I am going to put that in the kitchen this year and just put a white plear garland as I don't like too much clutter.

Saw these in Matalan and they would match my room perfectly

What else would you decorate the tree with (I have large white snowflakes but don't mind trying something else.)

Thank You

Grin Thanks, you too! Wink

Yes, I think gold would look great. I have two trees, one is all silver/sparkly stuff and the other which these will go on is a mish mash of baubles that we've built up year on year and have got from everywhere (it is naice though) Wink

I would go really simple as they are so lovely. Plain white lights and perhaps some velvet ribbon bows on the tree, Ikea had some lovely scandi wooden heart garlands last year in red which would look nice. I would think Victorian minimal if it was mine.

You could run a bit of tartan ribbon through your tree in place of tinsel - like the tree on the right of this pic (minus the big candy canes!)

I'd match on some wooden decorations, Tesco normally sell a lovely set of lots of wooden figures. I'd probably add texture - lots of pine cones (maybe sprayed a muted gold) a couple of bits of red felt decorations. A few realistic birds dotted throughout matching the leaves and the stag.

I like mine to look full but it's not busy as it has little pops of colour throughout. The interest comes from what blends in with the tree slightly like pinecones etc.

I think some wooden decorations would be nice with them. A Nordic feel.

Definitely gold but as pumpkins said quite traditional.

I'd do the velvet and maybe tartan bows. Some of the pinecone decorations, maybe some nutcracker tripe decs or some of those baubles painted with christmas scenes.

Maybe things like this:

Thank You all. I am going to take a trip to Matalan this weekend. Also thanks for tips. I saw tartan ribbon and lovely star wooden decorations on amazon. Want to get the decorations sorted early enough so I still have spending money later on.

I like the tartan hearts with fur.
