What have you bought so far and what have you spent?

Are we in the throws of self pride for the money we have saved?

DD1:

Skylanders trio £5
4x Disney infinity power packs: £6
Disney infinity Mickey, Rapunzel, Ralph: £20
Mooshroom (minecraft): £4
Bouncy ball making kit: £3
Disney infinity for ps3: £16
Disney Infinity Anna: £10
Nerf Rebelle Bow: £14

DD2:

Happy land seaside set £5
Disney princess Ariel doll £6
Slinky dog (toy story) £7
Pony parade horse: £4
Pony parade yard set £3
Pony parade rider £4
Disney infinity woody: £4
Vtech Rabbit: £3
Silver cross ranger pram £24
Disney infinity Elsa: £9
Fisher Price Camera: £13

I have more for DD2 than DD1 by the looks of it as they will be sharing disney infinity but DD1 has no idea what she wants yet. As shes into horse riding will probably get her some new Jodhpurs and Riding boots. and then maybe a DVD player to do with our spare tv and she can have them in her room.

Oh go for it!! We got the rider, the horse and the yard set (all the things dd2 helps with when we go up to see her aunties horses in a morning) for under £12! And plus it comes in really nice boxes as well wrapped in tissue paper

Thermals for under ds's sports kit £5
Blue nose teddy £5
Double buggy for Dd £20

That's possibly it.

LokiBear · 14/09/2014 14:30

Dd presents are coming in at £130 but should have been nearer £200. I'm most pleased with the wooden shop from asda for £35. It wasn't on sale, but it is the cheapest wooden shop I've seen, the rest were nearer £100. It arrived yesterday and it is fantastic quality and the finish is lovely. Thrilled with it. I also got her a playmobil school bus for £15 instead of £30. We got a few board games really cheap as well by not going for the branded version. My niece's haul has cost £27 instead of £46 so I'm pleased with that too. Just got to resist the twitch now Grin

A friend recommended typing woodee into amazon and it brings up all kinds of very cheap bits from scarfs and jewellery and kids stuff. Have ordered lots of bits and waiting for delivery so will review when arrive :)
