Story cubes - Well I would say from 5+

I don't think so, the DCs had a ball last night playing them with my parents (in their 50s) who made up some amazing stories. I think they're brilliant and have the other 2 sets in my wish list, would love to get them and put them in DCs stockings. My DCs are 9 and 8.

Was just in Home Bargains and picked up one of these Colour Your Own Messenger Bag for £4.99 and a matching pencil case for £1.99. They had lots of little colour in handbags as well for £2.99 .

When is the bag tax being introduced in england? I know its october in scotland. Its already here in n ireland. Just asking as its a good gift idea, those nice jute bags or foldable shoppers. If any of you want ideas, they became very popular here when the tax came in

Not a massive bargain but a few pounds off. But I bought my DS1 this last year and he loved it. There's a few other types (a scavenger one etc). I bought some for birthdays (what do you buy smallish boys you don't know well?) and they were all a big hit.
