Harrods gROTTO opens sept for booking - anyone know booking procedure

I have a rewards card but am anticipating a scrum, where do I go, what do I do.. anyone rememeber what time it opens?

Dd wasn't at school last year so we got a week before Christmas and it was easy. I just followed the link on the email I got prior to that day.

does this mean, they only charge an admin fee or that they will charge admin and ticket fee

Tickets are free it's just the £10 per booking that is available to spend on your rewards card the day you. You can spend it anywhere but the Christmas shop. I've lost my card, must order a new one!

We went in the morning last time but I think we will go afternoon this time so we can stay and see all the Christmas lights. Looking to go on the Saturday before too.

Good idea, I want to see xmas lights too and xmas windows. Loved last years.

How do you get tickets? Have just signed up to get a rewards card. Is there anything else I need to do. I couldn't find anything about the grotto on their website?

It's weird. Last year the info was up in June. Anyway you'll get an email on the day you can book. You just follow the link. It'll be somewhen in September.
