Thread four already.

As previously, if you shot a link in the OP links isn’t working/no longer in date, please let me know by posting in bold so I can easily see to update Thanks

Ahem, I can’t actually remember if I updated the links from 2 threads ago. I think I have, but I’m not sure. If you spot any links that don’t work and you’ve already told me please tell me again in bold Thanks and sorry.

I've managed to get as far as half way through the last one (I know, I know, could do better) so if there's anything you think from the last thread that got missed off please let me know and I'll amend for next one.

50% off everything and free P&P with code TUT50 at www.totsuponthames.co.uk

They stock Frugi, Toby Tiger, Piccalilly, Free Green Radicals etc and I managed to get some bits for friends' babies and some gender neutral bibs/hats/babygros for babies that will be born between now and Christmas.

dollybean · 10/08/2014 19:07

Thanks so much for the offer misslydia Flowers but my friend is picking one up for me. She is certain the store near her (up north) has blue ones.

lucysmam · 10/08/2014 19:29

bouquetofpencils I was after a messenger bag on the last thread, will check out Home Bargains at the weekend when we go uniform shopping, thanks Smile

I've just looked for our closest Decathlon store to see if I could get two scooters...it's a trek away Sad Shame because I want to replace both girls' scooters for Christmas now we've got dd1 a second hand bike to use (once we clean it up - it's my sisters old one & has been in the garage a good while).

PoopPoooDeDooo · 10/08/2014 19:31

For anyone having to courier pressies (or minimicros) parcels2go do free delivery of a parcel upto 20kg with code TVFREE. It gives £10 discount if delivery option is more than £10. Really good service and you can choose which courier/service

BuddyKringleberry · 10/08/2014 19:39

So glad to be here again, I feel like I've found my way home!

I checked my local Argos clearance section this morning online and found Lego turtles attack lair 79103 for £27.99 other places have it for £40-50. My son had asked for it for the big day so I'm chuffed. Worth keeping an eye your local stores x

GerbilsAteMyCat · 10/08/2014 19:42

TheLostPelvicFloorOfPoosh · 10/08/2014 20:28

There's a few bargains at dotcomgiftshop for little bits & bobs, some nice bits in the Christmas decorations sale too.

PoopPoooDeDooo · 10/08/2014 21:58

I'm confused by aliexpress... everything I put in my basket says "does not ship to your country"

I really want an elsa dress. Can someone point me in the right direction please!

PoopPoooDeDooo · 10/08/2014 21:58

and if poss tell me who to buy from!

2organised · 10/08/2014 22:13

Home Bargains have Jake and the Neverland Pirate face cloths for 29p - £2 in boots. Also asda had lovely wicker picnic baskets in store today with melamine plates cups and cutlery. £7 for 2 place settings and £15 for 4. Think that was half price

LottieAndTheDinosaur · 10/08/2014 22:16

Argh I drove past a bloody Decathalon today...wish I'd gone in. Wow that is such a good price for a mini micro...I'm going to ring my local one in the morning and reeeeaaaally hope they have one in stock. I did remember thinking the car park looked mega busy this morn so maybe everyone was there buying them Sad.

LottieAndTheDinosaur · 10/08/2014 22:18

Poop aliexpress kept saying that to me that it didn't ship...I can't remember what I did though I think I just kept trying and eventually it worked!

zipzap · 10/08/2014 22:50

Sainsburys today had some boys dressing up costumes marked down to half price - I got a Superman one for ds2 and was expecting it to be £7.50 (half of £15) and it was £6.20, not sure why they had knocked extra off but not complaining!

Also - if anyone is going to france on their holidays at the moment (or know someone who is going!) their hypermarkets should be full of dirt cheap stationery ready for going back to school.

Last year (haven't made it there yet this year!) I got packets of 18 nice Bic felt tips for about a euro - packets of 12 of the same Bic felt tips over here usually cost about £4 normal price. Plus mini white boards and pen for about a euro, nice pads of paper significantly cheaper than normal over here - lots of nice but cheap pen sets etc. Definitely worth a wander around - I really regret not buying a job lot of the felt tips and drawing pads and using them as presents this year for parties. If I do make it this year, will definitely be getting a set for each niece/nephew to add to their christmas present and make me look more generous than I really am

chestnut100 · 10/08/2014 22:55

God I've just accidentally posted this on a different thread, entirely inappropriate, feel awful! But anyhow, here I go again:

This one isn't strictly Xmas as the offer expires in November but given the popularity of the frozen dresses I thought it worth sharing for anyone who can get to Bradford. Groupon has a £9 offer for a local photographers studio for a frozen themed photoshoot. They provide the costumes and digital backdrops. You can chose a 4 x 6 print and a keyring and the child gets a goodybag. I'm sure extra prints will cost a fortune but if you stick to the basic deal, seems a good bit of fun for £9?
