Thread four already.

As previously, if you shot a link in the OP links isn’t working/no longer in date, please let me know by posting in bold so I can easily see to update Thanks

Ahem, I can’t actually remember if I updated the links from 2 threads ago. I think I have, but I’m not sure. If you spot any links that don’t work and you’ve already told me please tell me again in bold Thanks and sorry.

I've managed to get as far as half way through the last one (I know, I know, could do better) so if there's anything you think from the last thread that got missed off please let me know and I'll amend for next one.

Thanks for the tip about dressing up clothes at Sainsburys. Got a great Superman suit reduced to half price then extra 25% off, so £4.69 instead of £12.50.

Only problem is they had limited sizes, so I'm putting it away for Christmas 2015 Grin

coffeetofunction · 23/08/2014 20:05

Thank you to who ever it was that mentioned the Christmas stuff reduced in hobby craft, got some Christmas cards for kids to make, some Christmas cards to put photos in & some crafty Christmas stuff....

Has anyone seen any gola bags on offer?

Elc has some fab half price bits & our mothercare hull has numerous clearance boxes Wink

IHopeYouStepOnALegoPiece · 23/08/2014 20:18

CoffeeToFunction some gola bags here

TenMinutesEarly · 23/08/2014 21:16

Lots of bargains instore at tesco. All of the summer toys have 75% off. Anyone looking for a swing set or trampoline they have lots in stock.

I picked up a plum rounders set and plum croquet set £3 and £5 respectively. Lots of play tents around £5 too.

margaritasbythesea · 23/08/2014 21:22

Asos have some Becksondergaard silk or cashmere mix scarves reduced to £24 from £75ish (and other cheaper cotton ones) here

shoppingbagsundereyes · 23/08/2014 22:00

Dd's Aliexpress frozen dresses arrived today. They are lovely and such a bargain - I've spent '£13.50 on Anna and Elsa. Slightly worried they may be a bit small for dd. They were meant to be age 8 ( she is 6 but more like an age 7) but I think they don't look that big. I guess as long as she can get into them on Xmas day it doesn't matter if they don't fit for long.

JeanetteDanielsBenziger · 23/08/2014 22:10

shoppingbags would you post a link to the dresses you got please?
I had a look but the choice is a bit much :-)

Methenyouplus4 · 23/08/2014 23:01

Went to local Sainsbury and most of the toy bargains were gone but I did get a play iron for 30p!

NigellaEllaElla · 23/08/2014 23:06

Advice on AliExpress please. Is the stuff decent quality? I'm sceptical but you all seem so keen..........

Withmyfeetinthesink · 23/08/2014 23:14

I posted about those Becksondergaard cotton scarves earlier Margaritas and mine arrived today. All going back, they're very hard feeling and nothing special at all Sad.

shoppingbagsundereyes · 24/08/2014 07:22

Can't do links but the seller was angel baby wardrobe. The dresses are as good quality as princess dresses ever are. I've had Disney store ones that fall apart fairly quickly because they are such thin material. These look nicely made, pretty sequins all over the Elsa bodice that look hand stitched. The Anna dress isn't as nice in real life as it looks in the picture but it looks stunning in the pic so I was expecting too much for £6.50. I think dd will be really pleased.

shoppingbagsundereyes · 24/08/2014 07:24

I chose the elsa dress on the top right of the square if photos by the way. The train on the back is beautiful.

CrimsonDay · 24/08/2014 07:57

I just found these on the Home Bargains site, reduced from £39.96 to £3.96.

margaritasbythesea · 24/08/2014 08:37

Sorry about the Becksondergaard thing Sad. I ordered a cotton one a while ago and thought the same, but everyone here seemed very keen on the silk cashmere ones on here last year.

GAP have 25% off women's and men's styles when you spend £75 nline today. Code GAPMW25.

MyMummyRuns · 24/08/2014 08:46

With the elc codes - I got collared by a lady promoting the birthday club last time I was in there, I explained my 2 were already registered, but she said what about nieces and nephews - turns out you can register any little family member! I now get 6 codes a year and with 3 months to use each one, I'm covered all year Grin

Badvoc123 · 24/08/2014 08:48
