When do booking usually open for grottos in big stores..

GGrrrrr. Bloody phone, dont know what happened there. Harrods booking is from 5th september for rewards customers and from 17th september for general public

Not sure but if you go onto their website and log into your account it will tell you what level you are. Depending on level you can book at a certain time before the general public. Can't link on phone but if you type in Harrods grotto 2014 into google the info is there
