Will they be ok for a 4.6 and 5.9 year old? Can they take any DS game or are there specific ones?

They can take Ds and 3ds games.badically unlike the old ds's (dsi/dsxl etc) which are non-compatible with the newer 3ds games, the 2ds' take both the old Ds games and the new 3ds games but don't display them in a 3d format.hth
