Just bought my Nutcracker tickets at London Coliseum for Christmas

DD and I have seen The Nutcracker twice (local, not London)
It's a lovely Christmassy ballet.
Read up on the story though so you know what the background is ( you can't always 'get' the whole thing from the ballet)

Ooh yes, I took dd last year. It was amazing, such a lovely day.

Christmas doesn't feel like Christmas without having been to see the Nutcracker! Though we've just been to the RB screenings of Nutcracker the last two years.
It is lovely. And a good one for the children too.
