how do you resist giving dc the presants you have already bought ?

So this year my aim is to be super organised, already bought a couple of things thanks to the christmas bargains thread. How do you resist giving dc a toy or two ?!

hide it away and try and forget about it!!! just remind yourself in November

Er just put them away.

They don't need loads of stuff. Ask yourself why you want to give it to them. Is it just for that first look on their face? Do they then lose interest after a while? If so then that probably tells you that they didn't need it and it could wait. So have patience ;)

To be honest i dont my son is currently running around with his bargain T Rex. Im going to leave the rest of the stuff i buy at my mums house so i cant get easy access.

Put them in the loft once I've bought and wrapped them (yes, I am THAT sad). Once I've put the ladders away again I can't be bothered to go back up there.
