New Christmas Eve pjs?

I don't normally bother with new pyjamas for DCs for Christmas Eve but I know quite a few people do. I've bought some this year but how do you give them? Are they meant to be wrapped, or from Santa, or are they just new pjs?

I do it, having seen the idea on here. I just give them as new pjs, from me and DH, not wrapped or anything. I do find that it helps with getting them to bed!

I normally just lay them on their beds from us, but this year I've wrapped them in red tissue paper, sealed with christmas stickers, with slippers too. Can't wait to see their little faces when they get out of the bath and see them I love Christmas eve

I wrap these with a big tag saying 'Open Me on Christmas Eve' DD knows what they'll be, and that they are from me.

I do a treasure hunt with the last clue revealing location of new PJs

I just hand them over at tea time ish unwrapped.

I really don't have time to sort out a treasure hunt between now and Christmas!

I like the tissue paper idea, I'll have to raid DS craft drawers and see what there is

Sometimes I wrap and sometimes I don't depending on how organised I have been. They are from Santa and between them they have concocted a story about how he gets them to us.

This year I am going to get them to strip their beds in the morning so we can get them washed to put back on in the evening, but when they get out of the bath they will have newly made up beds with their new pjs that DH has wrapped.

We go out on Xmas Eve and my mate sneaks the bag in - giant cracker, pjs , a X as DVD and snacks! Then we have a chilled out Christmas Eve!
