Boxing day lunch - does this sound ok? Ideas for dessert?

It's only 6 of us (inc 1 toddler), all close family.

I was going to do cold turkey, pigs in blanket, sausagement stuffing with chips, salad, pickle/pickled onions/beetroot, cheeses

Maybe some homemade hot sausage rolls with my second pack of sausagement stuffing?

What would you serve dessert wise?

Big creamy trifle, maybe sans booze if toddler will be eating it...
