I need recipes, please.
Not necessarily for sprouts with parsimmon (although I am open to suggestions
).
I love sprouts and usually jazz them up with fried onions and bacony bits, some panchetta and possibly chestnuts. After the 'Jazzy sprouts' fred I feel inspired and would like to try something different, so any ideas/recipes greatly appreciated.
Also: today somebody gave me a basket of parsimmon fruit. I have No Clue what to do with them. They look lovely and smell nice, are firm but squish able, so I presume ripe? Anybody with parsimmon experience?
