If i bake today/tomorrow when is it 'safe' until if kept in the fridge?

Just that really!!! Am baking ham, sausage rolls, beef patties, mince pies and quiche if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for all your lovely advice only bake once a year and not really got a clue

I wouldn't keep cooked meats for more than 48 hours at the most.
Same with quiche.

You could freeze a lot of that?

Put it in the freezer and it'll be fine :)

No need to freeze mince pies or even keep them in the fridge (unless they do really contain minced meat!)
