If i bake today/tomorrow when is it 'safe' until if kept in the fridge?

Just that really!!! Am baking ham, sausage rolls, beef patties, mince pies and quiche if that makes any difference. Thanks in advance for all your lovely advice Xmas Grin only bake once a year and not really got a clue Xmas Blush

I wouldn't keep cooked meats for more than 48 hours at the most.
Same with quiche.

Put it in the freezer and it'll be fine :)

No need to freeze mince pies or even keep them in the fridge (unless they do really contain minced meat!)
