Has anyone used Catchsanta for photos?

I bought some pics on a Groupon offer. Do photos get sent out in the post or is it up to me to print them??? I ordered them over a week ago and nothing has arrived yet.

Am I being a bit dozy?

It says on the homepage:

'Once you have completed your photo, you will be prompted to download your pictures and save them to your computer.'

So I assume there isn't a hard copy just an image file that you need to download.
