Anyone else frantically trying to get cards and presents done tonight?

OK, so technically even this is procrastinating, but I promise I'm not going to leave this thread and look at anything else on mumsnet or the rest of the web (i.e. Facebook) until I have done:

Cards for

  • my family
  • DP's family
  • DS's class
  • DS's teacher, two TAs, and one for the school office
  • Christmas decorations wrapped for DS's teacher

Presents wrapped for MIL & SIL & ready to post
Presents wrapped for best friend & family & ready to post

Presents for the following children found, wrapped and ready to post: 4 yr old, 6yr old, 2 x 7 yr olds. (I have a present box, somewhere ... )

Washing up done
Front room tidied.

Baby DD has only just gone to sleep! Can I do it all by 12:30am?

I have some lovely Aspalls cider in the house, might start with that, to get me feeling a little Chrismassy, it can only help, right?!

Ooh and a mince pie or too ... Xmas Grin

No presents to post but the getting near the end of delivery dates madness got me last night. I ordered Christmas dress and petticoat for me, strapless bra, shapewear, pramsuit for DD2 and new Christmas pjs for DS. I'm still looking at dressing up costumes too.

I wrote 6 cards this year. Everyone else I will see in person or call or Facebook.

DC wrote their own. Turns out the 8 year old sent one to his teacher saying 'Hope you get a good job'... His teacher is leaving to become a deputy head!
