M & S deliveries ?

Is M & S pretty unreliable for their deliveries ?

The clothing items should according to their website have been delivered to a home address yesterday. Is M & S usually late delivering and not letting you know ?

I only ever do deliver to store as it's easier for me and that's always been good. Hopefully haven't cursed it now as placed a large order today to be delivered to store for me to collect on my way home tomorrow.

I think lots of places struggling with deliveries as so busy at the moment.
