Christmas dinner for a charity I work for - we've got a hall and are going to do a posh but fun dinner - I have been put in charge of games - I was thinking 3 rounds Christmas past - a music quiz, Christmas present - making a present for the next table and then I'm stumped for Christmas future? Any ideas?

A tedious link but 'predicting the future' and do the heads tails game. Everyone stands up.
Compere has coin. Tells them if they thinks heads - hands on heads. Tails and hands on your own bottom.
Then coin tossed. If wrong then out. And continue until down to a couple of people still standing.

Christmas song quiz here that might be suitable for the music bit:

Hope your party goes well!

(sorry - just reread and realised you were asking specifically for Chistmas Yet to Come ideas)

Perhaps (again!) not quite what you are after, but may be a base you can build on.

It lacks a denoument or competitive element, and is maybe more New Year Resolution-y than Christmas-y but...

People could write out a card to themselves for next Christmas, for something they would hope then to be and seal in an envelope. Can either hand back out next Christmas, or mid-year to encourage people to make the change they want by Christmas if not already progressing, if yu see what I mean.

Get them to list as many films and songs with "tomorrow" in them. Or sing them. Or a charades based on them. Actually, a "future" themed charades might be good (Back to the Future, The Tomorrow People, In the Year 2525, When Saturday Comes, Future's so bright I gotta wear shades, When I'm 64......)
