I am lazyXmas GrinXmas BlushXmas Wink
So Boxing Day is an easy menu, buffet type, help yourself, naice breads, meats, cheeses, cheese biscuits.
Anything I can dump on the table for people to help themselves to & probably washing up the next dayXmas Blush
I don`t mind how many people drop by but I am not going to offer special treatment-just more food, drink & good companyXmas WinkXmas Grin
How about every one else??

Oh yes. I cook more on Christmas Day to cater for cold food on Boxing Day.

So looking forward to no visitors this year.

I do a reheat of Christmas day left overs for Boxing day :)

Turkey in gravy into the slow cooker to heat through and I cook extra roasties and chipolatas and stuffing on Christmas day that can just go back in the oven to heat and I chop leftover sprouts into left over mash and microwave that. If I can be bothered I'll do some more fresh veg, but if not it'll be accompanied by frozen peas and tinned sweetcorn :D
