A Veggie Christmas

What are all you vegetarians or those cooking for veggies this year having for Christmas dinner hmm?

I'm the only veggie this year, so I'll probably just have all the trimmings. Otherwise I'll do a stuffed butternut squash which the others can have as a side, or maybe some stuffed mushrooms.

I'm veggie - if I have masses of veggie roast potatoes and lots of veg, I'll be delighted, I prefer bread sauce to veggie gravy. Sometimes I do an indulgent cauli cheese; I did a nut roast with cashews one year, and a roast vegetable plait another.

But tbh if I have the basics done very well it's more than lovely enough.
